Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@workingrichclass.com if you think someone else has accessed it. Keep your account information accurate.

• Plans. Memberships are billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you join. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Canceling. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@workingrichclass.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Founding membership. 8:18 Founder seats are limited to 100. A founder's price stays the same for as long as their membership remains active. If a founding membership is canceled, refunded, or ends for nonpayment, the founding seat and price end with it and aren't restored by rejoining later.
• Price changes. We may change prices for new members. If we change the price of your existing plan, we'll tell you in advance, and the change applies from your next billing period. Founding prices are locked as described above.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

Membership includes access to the lessons, community spaces, live calls, and other features described on our site for your plan. We add and update content over time. We may change or retire features, but we won't remove the core of what you paid for during a period you've already paid for.

WRC provides education, structure, and tools. We don't promise that you'll earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all. Any examples of results, including our own, describe what happened in a specific case and aren't typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, choices, market, and circumstances.

WRC isn't financial, investment, legal, tax, or mental health advice. For decisions in those areas, talk with a qualified professional. Lessons that discuss money and faith are for reflection and education.

WRC offers AI-powered features, including our AI coach. AI responses are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and aren't professional advice. Use your own judgment. Some features have monthly usage limits that depend on your plan. Where a feature links to a third-party AI service, such as a custom GPT on ChatGPT, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.

You keep ownership of what you create and share on WRC, including your answers, posts, and comments. You give us permission to store and display your content as needed to run WRC. For example, your community posts are shown to other members in that space. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Lessons, videos, worksheets, and other materials on WRC are for your personal use while you're a member. Don't copy, resell, share your login, or redistribute our materials. Some materials are licensed from third parties and are used with permission.

Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them or these Terms.

We recommend and link to third-party tools and services. They're governed by their own terms. If we earn a commission from a link, we'll say so where the recommendation appears. Our paid membership may include access to a separate community hosted on Skool, which has its own terms.

You can stop using WRC any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we end your access without cause, we'll refund any prepaid amount for unused time.

WRC is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to WRC is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify members by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use WRC after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
