Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name and email address.
• Your answers and progress: Discovery assessment answers and results, founder intake responses, lesson progress, worksheet answers, weekly commitments, and community posts, comments, and reactions.
• Billing information: your payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details, such as your plan, payment status, and a customer reference. We don't store your full card number.
• AI conversations: if you use our in-app AI coach, the messages you send and the replies.
• Usage information: pages visited and actions taken in WRC, collected through a first-party cookie (wrc_aid) so we can understand how people move from a first visit to membership.
• Advertising: on pages tied to a specific ad campaign, we may load the Meta Pixel, which shares limited information about your visit with Meta.

• To provide WRC: your account, membership, lessons, community, and AI features
• To personalize your path, for example recommending lessons based on your Discovery result
• To send transactional email, such as receipts, account notices, and community invites
• To send our newsletter, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To understand and improve WRC, using patterns across members rather than reading individual private content
• To keep WRC secure and enforce our Terms

Your conversations with the in-app AI coach are private to you. WRC staff don't read individual conversations, except when you choose to share one with us, or when needed to investigate a security problem or comply with the law. We may review anonymized, aggregate patterns (for example, the most common topics members ask about) to improve WRC. AI features are powered by a third-party AI provider that processes your messages to generate responses.

If a lesson links to a custom GPT on ChatGPT, that conversation happens on OpenAI's platform, not WRC, and OpenAI's privacy policy applies.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run WRC, under agreements to protect it:

• Supabase (database and sign-in)
• Vercel (hosting)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Bunny (video delivery)
• Our AI provider (AI coach responses)
• Meta (advertising measurement, only where the pixel is loaded)

If you're a paying member and join our Skool community, Skool receives the information you give it under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to protect it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, a first-party analytics cookie (wrc_aid), and, where a campaign is running, the Meta Pixel. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of WRC, like staying signed in, won't work without essential cookies.

We keep your information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, such as payment records.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing support@workingrichclass.com from the address on your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to member data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

WRC isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
