About Marc
I'm building the guidance I wish I'd had.
Hi, I'm Marc McDaniel, founder of Working Rich Class. I'm a husband, a believer, and a builder at heart. I like finding the real problem, building a system that solves it, and following that system until it works.
For a long time, my relationship with money was shaped by things I never chose. When I was young, my parents opened a savings account for me and my siblings. I loved watching it grow. Then the family needed it, and it was gone. I took a quiet lesson from that: what you build doesn't stay. Add the messages I absorbed over the years that made wanting more feel suspicious, and I worked hard for a long time while staying stuck, and I called it faith.
That started to change when I studied what Scripture actually says about work, wealth, and stewardship, and then started building.
My first product was the Kingdom Mission Statement Generator, seven questions that help believers put their purpose into words. Twenty-three people bought it, and nobody asked for a refund. It also taught me what doesn't work. I paid for ads to get those sales, spent about what I earned, and when the ads stopped, the sales stopped. A business needs people who know you, not just people who saw an ad.
Along the way, I collected more tools, platforms, and courses than I could ever use. What I was missing wasn't information. It was order.
That's what Working Rich Class is: the guidance I wish I'd had. It starts with how you see money, then builds the foundation every business needs, then walks you step by step through training matched to the business you're building. I bring the structure and the order. For implementation, I lean on my mentor Sean Mize, whose practical training I've followed for years.
I won't pretend I've arrived. I'm applying this process myself, right now, and I'll show you my numbers, my wins, and my mistakes as I go. You won't be following someone far ahead of you. You'll be building alongside someone a few steps in front, who's committed to showing you the way.
“To equip hardworking believers to recognize their God-given value, break financial limitations, and activate their gifts in the marketplace to transform their lives and impact others for the Kingdom.”
